Use of the Site, its content and the services offered on it — including submitting your details through the contact forms — is subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy set out below. Completing forms on the Site and providing your details constitute your explicit and informed consent to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, in whole or in part, you may not use this Site.

1.Use of the Site and Submission of Details (Leads)
The Site offers information, content and services in the fields of marketing, strategy and business consulting.
The user undertakes to use the Site in good faith, in accordance with the provisions of any applicable law and with these terms.
When completing contact forms on the Site, the user undertakes to provide only true, accurate and complete details (name, phone, email, etc.). Entering a third party's details without their explicit prior consent is strictly prohibited.

7.The Information We Collect

8.Use of the Information
