Part ITerms of Use

1.Use of the Site and Submission of Details (Leads)

The Site offers information, content and services in the fields of marketing, strategy and business consulting.

The user undertakes to use the Site in good faith, in accordance with the provisions of any applicable law and with these terms.

When completing contact forms on the Site, the user undertakes to provide only true, accurate and complete details (name, phone, email, etc.). Entering a third party's details without their explicit prior consent is strictly prohibited.

2.Intellectual Property

All rights in the Site, including its design, source code, texts, trademarks, logo, images, videos and any other material appearing on it (the "Content"), belong to the Company or to third parties who have granted the Company a license to use them.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, translate or make any commercial or other use of the Content from the Site without the Company's prior written consent.

3.Limitation of Liability

The content on the Site is provided "As Is" and for informational and general-impression purposes only. This content shall not be regarded as a commitment to any particular business result, as legal advice, or as a binding offer, unless a separate written agreement has been signed between the Company and the client.

The Company makes considerable efforts to ensure the proper functioning of the Site but does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, provided in an orderly manner, or immune to unauthorized access or to hardware, software or communication-line failures. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user as a result thereof.

4.Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to other websites or refer to third-party services. The Company does not supervise these websites, is not responsible for their content or their privacy policies, and their use is at the user's sole responsibility.

5.Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms of Use, and any dispute arising from the use of the Site, shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction to hear any matter arising from these terms shall be granted to the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District.

Part IIPrivacy Policy and Data Protection

The Company respects the privacy of the Site's users and takes reasonable measures to protect the personal information you share with us, in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, as amended (including Amendment No. 13) and its regulations.

6.Notice of Data Collection (Duty of Notification under Section 11 of the Law)

• Providing personal information through the Site's forms is not required by law; it depends on your free will and consent.
• Consequence of not providing details: we will be unable to contact you, respond to your inquiry, or provide you with the requested services.
• The information is collected for the purposes detailed in Section 8 below, and may be disclosed to the parties detailed in Section 10 below.
• You have the right to review, correct and delete the personal information about you, as detailed in Section 13 below.

7.The Information We Collect

When using the Site and submitting details through the contact forms, you may be asked to provide personal information including: full name, phone number, email address, business name, and any additional information you choose to add.

In addition, the Site automatically collects non-identifying or semi-identifying technical information such as: IP address, browser type and general location data. Information collected through marketing and tracking cookies will be collected subject to your consent, as detailed in Section 9 below.

8.Use of the Information

The information collected will be stored in the Company's database and used for the following purposes:

• Contacting you, responding to your inquiry, and providing consulting and marketing services.
• Improving the browsing experience on the Site and statistical analysis.
• Sending marketing content, value offers and updates — and this only subject to your explicit, separate and documented consent, given in advance in accordance with the provisions of Section 30A of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982. You may remove yourself from the mailing list at any time.

9.Use of Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses two types of cookies:

• Essential cookies — required for the proper operation of the Site and for information security. These cookies are activated automatically and do not require consent.
• Marketing, analytics and tracking cookies — including third-party tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, etc.), used to collect statistical data and to tailor content and advertising on social networks and other websites (Retargeting). These cookies will be activated only after your active consent is obtained through the consent mechanism (Consent Banner) displayed upon entering the Site. You may withdraw your consent at any time, and may also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; any such action will apply to future use only.

10.Transfer of Information to Third Parties

We do not sell or trade your personal information. Information will be transferred to trusted third parties only in the following cases:

• Advertising and analytics platforms: technical information (which is generally not personally identifying) is shared with partners such as Google and Meta for measurement, statistical analysis and targeted advertising — subject to your consent as detailed in Section 9 above.
• Service providers: we use external providers that process information on our behalf, such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems, hosting services and digital infrastructure. These providers may use the information solely for the purpose of providing the service to us and may not make any other use of it.
• Legal requirement: where we are required to do so by law, by a judicial order or within legal proceedings, and also to protect the Company's legal rights in the event of a dispute.

11.Information Security

The Company implements advanced systems and procedures for information security in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017, in order to protect the information against unauthorized access. Nevertheless, the Company cannot guarantee absolute immunity from malicious intrusions into the internet network.

12.Data Retention Period

Personal information will be retained for as long as it is required for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Information that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymized.

13.User Rights (Review, Correction and Deletion)

Under the Protection of Privacy Law, every person is entitled to review the personal information about them held in a database, to request the correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete or imprecise, and to request its deletion. If you wish to exercise these rights, you are welcome to contact us by email at office@leavert.com, and we will handle your request promptly and in accordance with the timeframes prescribed by law.

14.Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to update these terms and the Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page, and the date of the last update will appear at the top of the document. We recommend that you revisit this page from time to time.
